Cancellation Policy

The reservation date may be modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure date.

Passengers arriving after 11:30 AM (departure time) will be considered a no-show and their ticket will be non-refundable.

Onboard Safety Rules

Failure to comply with these terms may result in:

Loss of all amounts paid
Immediate cancellation of the excursion
Liability for any damages caused to the vessel, third parties or the company

Age Restrictions

Guests under 18 years of age may only board when specifically authorized.

Alcohol & Food

Guests may not bring alcoholic beverages, food or drinks on board unless expressly authorized.

Illegal Substances & Weapons

Weapons, illegal substances and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

Passengers showing signs of intoxication or drug use may be denied boarding.

Environmental Responsibility

Guests must not:

Throw litter into the sea
Dispose of waste in toilets
Throw cigarette butts on deck

Please use the designated waste bins and ashtrays provided on board.

Safety On Deck

Guests must not:

Run on deck
Jump into the water while the vessel is underway

Alcohol Consumption

Responsible alcohol consumption is strongly recommended.

For safety reasons, the captain may:

Refuse further alcohol service
Disembark intoxicated passengers at the nearest safe location
Return to port and terminate the excursion if necessary

Drinks Service

Beverages are supplied according to reasonable and moderate consumption per passenger.

Should a beverage become unavailable due to excessive consumption, it may be replaced by a similar alternative.

Photography & Video

Saga Ibiza reserves the right to photograph and record activities during excursions and to publish such content on its website and social media channels.

Guests who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos must notify the company by email at least 48 hours before departure:

Music Policy

Music must respect the environment, neighboring vessels and local regulations.

Music volume may be reduced at the captain's discretion during:

Anchoring operations
Maneuvers
Protected areas
Within 2 nautical miles of the coastline
Within 50 meters of cliffs

Music is strictly prohibited in:

Ibiza Port
Formentera Port
Ses Salines Natural Park
Es Vedrà
Es Vedranell
Conejera Island
Western Islets

Passengers or DJs responsible for music agree to comply with these rules.

Failure to do so may result in suspension of music without compensation.

Crew Authority

All passengers must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the excursion and return to port without refund.

Ses Salines Natural Park Regulations

Within the protected area of Ses Salines Natural Park:

Amplified music is prohibited
Passenger embarkation and disembarkation on beaches is prohibited
Swimming is permitted within a 50-meter radius around the vessel
The captain reserves the right to stop serving alcohol to any guest whose behavior may compromise onboard safety
